Lindsey is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who received her bachelor’s degree in nursing at The Ohio State University in 2010. She received her master’s degree and family nurse practitioner certification in 2013 from the University of Cincinnati. Lindsey has worked in aesthetic medicine for 12 years and aspires to help patient’s achieve their self-improvement goals by enhancing their natural beauty. She and her husband have three children. In her free time, she enjoys camping and boating with her family.
Permanent Cosmetics
Leah is an experienced Permanent Makeup Artist with over 17 years in the beauty field. She completed her initial training in 2007 and has continually expanded her skills through advanced education and specialized courses. She offers a full range of permanent makeup services, including soft powdered brows, ombre brows, fine hair strokes, natural to dramatic eyeliner, and both lip blush and lipstick-style lip color.
Leah has been an integral part of Dr. Kuy’s team for five years, bringing her artistic eye and attention to detail to every client she works with. Her goal is to help women feel more confident and simplify their daily routines—and she genuinely loves what she does.
When not working, Leah enjoys an active, outdoor lifestyle. Whether it’s hiking, snow skiing, wakeboarding, boating, or camping, she’s always up for an adventure! She also loves to travel and cherishes time with her family and friends. In her spare time, she is also a wine consultant for Scout & Cellar clean-crafted wines.
Patient Advocate
Fran began her career as an educator before taking time off to raise her family. Later, she returned to work in the Medi Spa industry as a patient advocate for nearly 20 years.
Currently, Fran is an enthusiastic fan of THE Ohio State Buckeyes and attends many games with her family. Most importantly, her passion is spending time traveling with her husband and visiting her kids and grandkids.

Peggy began her career in Customer Care nearly 25 years ago as a trainer and manager in the salon industry. She firmly believes client satisfaction and their experience plays a vital role in any successful company. Peggy shares her passion of taking care of others outside of our office as 20 year fitness instructor and Mom to two sons. In her free time, she loves traveling to new places with her husband.
Advanced Esthetician
Kendra began her esthetic career in 2003, where she gained valuable experience and honed her skills to be an exceptional skincare expert. She has an extensive background in performing cosmetic treatments and customizing appropriate skin care regimens for all skin types. Based on her ongoing education and unwavering commitment to customer service, Kendra has the unique distinction of holding certifications in Advanced Aging and Acne Treatments, Chemical Peeling Modalities, Lyphmatic Drainage and Dermaplane Pro. She's worked with several professional skincare lines including ZO Skin Health, Neocutis, Glymed Plus, PCA, Guinot, and Bioelements.
Kendra's skill and attention to detail shines through every service performed, taking the time to make sure the patient is comfortable, and leaves feeling confident and beautiful. She takes pride in each treatment she does and enjoys building the connection with patients that establish trust and satisfaction.
While cultivating her philosophy of integrating both a holistic and medical approach, Kendra will guide you through the process of combining in office treatments, with an at home maintenance plan. She loves to study how different treatments/products work on the skin at a cellular level. "I have a dream job that marries my passion for science and beauty!"
Kendra specializes in treatment facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, hydro jet peel, lash lyft, and brow shaping/waxing.
In addition to joining our team here at Kuy Plastic Surgery, Kendra is an active volunteer in her community, teaching yoga/mindfulness to kids and planning neighborhood events. In her spare time she enjoys hiking, entertaining, and traveling with her husband and 3 children.
Advanced Esthetician
Jessie King has been in the been in the cosmetology industry for 15 years. She is very knowledgeable in skin care, product knowledge, makeup artistry, and eyelash treatments. Getting to know all of her patient’s on a close and personal level to fully understand their skincare needs is her passion. She believes that healthy and youthful skin is achievable with the proper treatments and products. Consistency is key and she is more than happy to walk you through it so real transformations can happen. Jessica's favorite treatments are chemical peels & VI peels. She believes that they are the most beneficial treatments seeing real change to the skin's surface. Jessica also specializes in treatment facials, dermaplaning, aqua facials & lash & brow services.
Surgical Technician
I am a certified Surgical Technician and a certified Sterile Processing Technician and certified Instrument Specialist. I have been in this field for over 10 years and enjoy it. In my spare time I just like to be home watching a good crime show.
Registered Nurse
I have been a Preop/PACU RN for 14 years, having worked with Dr. Kuy for 7 years. I help patients get surgery ready and I make sure they get the care they need and are kept comfortable in their recovery.
I knew from a young age that I wanted to help people, so nursing was the route I took, and it quickly became my passion. I love helping people feel better and being a positive experience for them. With Kuy Plastic Surgery, I enjoy helping patients with their after care and seeing excitement about their results.
In my very little spare time, I enjoy watching my 3 kids play sports and spending time with family. I also enjoy beach vacations!

With 15 years of nursing experience, I’ve dedicated my career to providing compassionate, high-quality care. For the past four years, I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside Dr. Kuy, supporting patients through every step of their recovery journey. I’m passionate about helping people heal comfortably and confidently. Outside of work, I enjoy reading, traveling, and spending time with my husband and two boys.
Registered Nurse/OR Supervisor
Ellyn has been the operating room nurse for Dr. Kuy since 2018. She enjoys guiding patients through the surgical process. Her favorite thing about surgery is helping women feel like the best version of themselves. Outside of work, you can find Ellyn on the sidelines at her two girls’ sporting events cheering them on. The family also enjoys hanging out at Kings Island, swimming at the neighborhood pool, and exploring trails around the area.

Ashleigh is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who received her bachelor’s degree in nursing at Mount St. Joseph University in 2011. She received her master’s degree and family nurse practitioner certification in 2014 from Xavier University. Ashleigh holds professional memberships with the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses, American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses, and Sigma Theta Tau International.
Ashleigh has worked in aesthetic medicine for the last 14 years where she strives to make clients feel their best and is motivated to help clients achieve their self-improvement goals. She and her husband have four children. In her spare time, Ashleigh enjoys spending time outdoors hiking.
Patient Coordinator
As the Patient Coordinator I meet with all future surgery patients and help them schedule & manage surgery preparation while also maintaining open lines of communication between patient and surgeon. I love doing fun activities with my family; hiking, beach trips, Kings Island, family movie nights and going out to their favorite hibachi restaurant. She also loves to travel and go on new adventures with her husband.

As the Office and Marketing Manager for Kuy Plastic Surgery, Dana has over 3 decades of Management & Marketing experience. She began her career in the Salon & Day Spa industry transitioning to the Medical field 11 years ago. Dana enjoys playing golf and spending time with her family.
Clinical Administrator - RN
I have enjoyed accompanying Dr. Kuy on his journey into solo practice! At Kuy Plastic Surgery, I focus on clinical administration and the surgical experience, accreditation and regulatory standards, with a healthy variety of practice management responsibilities, including staff development and accounts payable. I loved working as a nurse for the past 35 Years, primarily in hospitals in a range of settings, from medical and surgical wards, to intensive and cardiac care, to post-anesthesia care. After completing an MHSA at Xavier in 2004, I dabbled in legal nursing, before landing in ambulatory care clinical administration. I highly value time with family and friends, gardening, reading and writing (not so much ‘rithmetic/accounting), non-serious sports, and entertaining. I am blessed to work with our talented and warm-hearted staff!
